I built a .264lbc 24"bhw bull barrel with an .936 BTE adjustable gas block. On a Black Rain upper and Lower. With Black Rain Full Auto BCG. Tac. Type II Bolt. Dpms A2 Buffer, Spring, tube and magpul Prs stock. Will not pick up next round out of Mag or will not hold bolt open after last Round. I have Realigned the gas block and moved .025 off shoulder also ran with it wide open. Still nothing. Mags are ASC 10rd and AR-Stoner 5rd. Hornady 123gr A-Max Match ammo. Thinking of going with the lighter carbine spring in A2 tube, A2 buffer?

I have the same combo GB and barrel. If the barrel is dimpled on the bottom forget measuring. Line up the back cross bolt on the BTE block with that dimple. George designed his GB that way. You may be too far back cutting off the port. One other thing is to make sure the port is completely open and doesn't have a burr closing up the passage.
