Hi Folks,
I'm sorely tempted to build another .264. The current sale may be too good to let pass. Does anybody have a copy of the chamber/reamer print the good folks at BHW are using? If so, could I sneak a peek at it?
Another question if you don't mind. What advantages does the "match" profile have over a "standard?". It will either be a 22" or a 24 so I know it won't be a light weight, but I'd like to be able to carry it a little.
Many thanks in advance.

The match barel will just be a bit heavier. No changes other than that. Same quaility steel and rifling. Juts a bit more rigid and a better heat sink for multiple rapid shot fun and games. The Standards shoot VERY well at 500 yards in F-calss matches that I shoot around 20 shots in 12 minutes at. (I shoot way to fast) Greg

I can't believe I don't have one in my records. LOL Greg Thanks Greg. It's not a huge deal. I was just trying to get an idea of the neck and, if possible, throat dimension. If you run across it, that would be great but don't kill a bunch of time looking. Jim Edit: I took a look at one of my ASC Grendel mags. It looks like it'll go to 2.295 if absolutely necessary, but at 2.30 it'll hit the front edge of the mag.

It is neat as pockets when you use it with the Hornady tool for setting seating depth. I want to say it is a 296 neck but don't quote me on that. Carl is running down the print for me. Greg

Nothing so cool as the Sinclair tool. I'm using a home brewed contraption that incorporates sized cases with bored necks, sample bullets, a wooden dowl and digital calipers. It's not perfect, but I think it gets me close.

Hi Greg. I went ahead and placed an order yesterday for a 22" .264 in black/Nat Mat profile. I don't know if it's possible to do, but are the chamber dimension, specifically the leade, fungible? My current .264 has a green mountain barrel with a throat so deep it makes porn stars jealous.
