It is to fast for the LBC-Grendel. Look at the velocities and then look at the pressure. At 2200 FPS Lt 32 is not something I would want to use in the LBC unless I had to. There are to many good powders out there that are better suited for the job.
Side note: Lt 32 is nothing more than H322. It's just made by a different company. Its a copy of a pull down powder that was sold by Thunderbird Cartridge Company.

That is something since western is marketing it for the grendel. Another interesting note is when I spoke to hodgden powder about cfe 223 they do not list cfe 223 load data for grendel and they said it was too slow burning however many here that load with this and are having great results and cfe 223 data is listed in hornady 9th edition.

You can use it but it is not optimal. That's why the speed is down. It maxes pressure before you can get up to speed like the rest. The CFE just keeps pushing and velocities are good. It's kind of like looking for Easter eggs. You get to look under a lot of plants to find the golden egg. That's one reason why burn charts aren't the be all to end all.
