Trying to post a pic just have to figure out how to resize it lol will be posting a after pic also just have to get the guages and a good wrench.. by the way for those who dont know me I have the scope set back farteher than normal and a cheek rest that is rather high.. I had no idea that this could be done with the axis, Does it use the same stock and barrel components as say a savage model 10 or 110 for long action?

The rifle looks good. I've stayed away from the axis cause what I thought was lack of aftermarket parts. can you tell me vet were you found the stock and did you change the barrel lug and trigger?

I got the stock from Boyds and it was only $99 plus shipping!! I had to do a little bit of work to it to free float the barrel. The barrel and lug nut you can get here and from the looks of it its better than the one from Savage.. as far as aftermarket parts there are a lot of offerings you just have to look to see what you want to do. I explored a lot of things and asked a lot of questions before doing this.. As far as price goes when i get done it will all be around $900 for something I can say I did. As far as Triggers there are aftermarket triggers for the Axis or you can cut a piece of the coil off but be careful going that route.. Hopefully this will help you out if not just ask away as I am looking forward to shooting it when i get done ... And I will add this if this does as good as I think it will probably will get one for my AR also and if you have any other Questions GLShooter can help you out!!!!

Well spent the day at the range breaking in my new barrel and enjoying the results and finding out what kinds of loads it likes.. Peppered the targets all over the place and wasnt able to really have any good pictures as I had shot groups all over sighting in the scope when I go back out will get some good ones And for those wanting to know the Dragons head works great as there was another shooter with a different Muzzle brake and mine was quiter than his and my buddy noticed that it also help stabilize the rifle.. I want to thank Black Hole for a great product..
