Ok I currently have my ar apart and put a square on my upper and can see it's slightly unsquare. Would it be worth it to have this trued up or lapped? How about going through with this, use the wheeler lapping tool or get a machinist to true it on a lathe? How does ritch do them? Any help would be great.

Your bolt will last longer, your barrel extension will last longer and less wear on your upper receiver and bolt carrier. Accuracy is generally better with a trued receiver. Lapping a receiver that's out of square can be a long tedious job. Just go slow and take your time. I don't use the lapping tool. Mine are cut using tooling similar to what you see used on a mill. I have even made custom fixtures to use with BHW's railed uppers.

Ok I got my upper receiver squared up by a guy. Hey uses a mill also. He told me since I have some rounds down the barrel that possibly I could see accuracy issues and i might have to lap the bolt lugs. Have you guys on hear ever experienced that it's not a new build just had it apart for a new handguard and thought I would get the upper squared up since it was apart he did say it was quit untrue also. So should I lap my bolt lugs and how would you go about it?

Absolutely not. You will change head space all around. Bolt guns are one thing AR's are another. There really is nothing to lap to as the bolt is now setting square in the extension flat up against back of the lugs.
