This is from a match rifle of mine. I don't get out with it much but JP made this pipe for me and it's been a winner. Group below is 168gn Berger Hunting 7mm over 80 grains of US869 in Remington brass over F215's in a 24" BHW barrel out of my Winchester M70 for 3050FPS. That's a 1.75" 300m rapid fire group which if I'm doing my math right is a .505MOA group. I would have stuck 5 rounds in the group but I was out of ammo, only put a few together to test pressures on. This was the first use of this recipe in this barrel. Primers suggest I can go up a couple grains in powder charge. One of the finest barrels I've ever had. And the rifle that built it Big thanks to JP for such an awesome performing tube. Can't wait for my latest barrel to get here.

That's a great shooting rifle you have there. I'd clone it and sell it!! Congratulations.

Went out yesterday to test a refinement of the above load. This is about 3" at 548yrds in gusty 15mph winds. Same 24" BHW 10 twist as above. My BHW barrels never let me down. Looks like the upcoming match I'm going to have to use this rifle since I busted my last .223 die before leaving for the range so I don't have time now to finish load development and testing for my .223. The 7mag load is dead on. My first shot of the day was 900yrds. I started at 900 and came back to the 548yrds target via 800, 700, 600yrds with a first round hit every time. I use the ballistics solution that I manage (BallisticXLR, google it or find me on twitter) to generate ballistic firing solutions. Seems to work well.
