Ok I shot my varget loads in my 22" 6x6.8 today had great results. Started at 29g worked up to 30 in .2 increments. 29.8 was my best accuracy which all three were touching velocity was right at 2901, 2905, 2939 with a 38 extreme spread in velocity. All other groups were good except the last one at 30gs. I don't know if the other groups were fliers or me because there were two touching then one about an 3/4"-1" away from the two touching. But varget a seems to be a a usable powder for heavier bullets anyways. I'll post some Picts later.

Maybe a bullet weight would help? Greg

Wow didn't even know I forgot to put that in there these were Berger 87g vld hunting. Bc listed at .427 optimal twist is 1:9 for these recommended by Berger. The first load was .65 at 2860fps. Then the best group was just under .4 at about 2905fps. I was very impressed with the out come of these.

That sounds about right. Most of the time the harder you push these barrels the better they shoot.
