Ok what do you guys were for work boots. My feet have been hurting badly lately. I have tried red wings, docmartens, timberland pros, keen, wolverines. I'm still looking for that boot that can give me all day comfort. I'm a Boilermaker so I'm on my feet a lot on concrete, gratting, hard surfaces all day. I'm thinking about trying nicks or whites/hathorne boots do you guys have any experience with any of these? I work with a few guys that wear these and they all love them. And they last forever. I have to buy boots every year so my boots don't last and they are all 150-200 or more. The Nocls and whites are a little more up front but if they last and are comfortable I don't care. Now the one thing I was wondering about is how the higher heels are I have never wore higher healed boots before. Any help would be great my feet are killing me and I have tried the different insoles and they helped but not completely.

I have problems finding good work boots that really fit due to the shape of my arches and my foot width. I have found these to be the best for me. All of them are safety toe and waterproof. ARIAT Workhog H20ARIAT Workhog H2O Comp Toe WellingtonCarhartt Safety Toe Wellington Electrical Hazard Approved (This one had a really narrow heel area caused by that wrap-around plastic heel guard. I had to wear moleskin on my heels while I broke them in, but they are now perfect. The snug heel prevents heel slip without causing discomfort.) Hope this helps. Not much more misery than hurting feet. Ed

I dont were boots for work but like Danners for hunting etc. They have a rebuild program for their boots. Check the internet for places w/ some discount. SOME are USA made-some are CHINA.. be careful.
