Brandon: Super! I'll do the same. I just got my new LH railed upper and built it up with the BHW LTR barrel that I got about 2 weeks ago. Can't wait to go to the range in a couple of weeks.
I'll do the extractor exchange in the mean time. I appreciate your post. Don

Just completed my BHW LH railed upper build. It has a tac latch, free float hand guard, 20 inch, .264LBC - BHW - LTR profile barrel, YHM Phantom flash suppressor, Millet 4-16 scope. Rifle has an Anvil Arms lower with DPMS 6 position stock w/Mako Group buttpad/monopod, RRA LPK with 2 stage match trigger and an ambi safety. Please excuse the cheap bipod. My Harris hasn't arrived yet!!! Really sweet!

I sold a 24" grendel a while ago and have been wanting another one so I had it built last week. This is an 18" fluted BHW barrel with a MEGA upper/lower marked for a local distributor. Nothing too special. I had it built for Practical Rifle matches. Unfortunately I am having issues with FTF. Hopefully it is just my reloads (although I never had an issue with my last barrel). I'm picking up a case gauge to check them. I'm pretty bummed I wont be able to make the match tomorrow though.

Does it shoot QUALITY factory ammo? Hornady stuff shoots well.

I think the issue was me pushing the shoulder back slightly and causing a bulge when crimping. I'll be running a bunch of re-sized rounds through it in a day or 2. They hand cycle fine so I dont expect anymore issues.

Wife finished her build 20" BHW .264lbc Octaginal barrel, Hydralic buffer, Houge Overmold Foreend and grip set, Magpul CTR stock w/Limbsaver Pad, Les Baer BCG, Seekins Low profile abj. gas block and Muddygirl Camo from Sunset Graphics, toped off by a NightForce 3.5x15x50 NXS Velocity 1000 Illuminated Retical matched to the .264. Now its out to the range and hog hunting this weekend. I am starting one now that we have hers finished so it looks like Seekins SP223 lower and iRMT-3 upper are in my future w/SP3R Mod Quad Rail. Wow, Time to update this thread. Just finished putting this one together. Stats: Spikes lower, CMMG LPK with stock trigger so far. Anderson upper, NIB bolt carrier, Miklspec buffer with SCR stock, 20" BHW standard profile barrel Rifle length gas 1 in 8 twist. UBC Pro slim free float handguard. Nikon Monarch 4-16 glass on a Burris PEPR Now I just need the BOLT. A good brake will be nice too.

The rilfe looks nice.
Tactical Ammunition should have a bolt. Type I or II? The Dragons Head brake would work though there are many on the market.

Tactical ammo has the bolt (type 1). I ordered it couple days after the barrel. They held it up waiting for the brake. Told them to go ahead and send the bolt. I have been looking around for a brake elsewhere and there are a few I like. Will see what happens.

I have checked on the muzzle break and it will be done this week. call the office and ask for Rob to double check on its status
