I know a while ago there was talk about bhw doing the 450 bushmaster, has there been anything done on this development or production schedule yet. I am mainly looking to hear when should we look for this to be around. I might look for a different source if it is going to be too long. Thanks Brian

Thanks Brian Carl has told the Pro Staff that he will be doing a production run on the 450 once they get caught up on the current demands. I take this to mean soon. I do know he has all the tooling in-house to make it happen. Greg

Greg Has the custom market fell on its face like the production gun market? I know the cheep black guns aren't moving at all now.

The biggest issue in the builder world is getting parts. Lots of guys have gone virtually out of business as the big barrel makers aren't supplying them. The little guys aren't getting enough product in to make a go of it. BHW is still turning out all the AR barrels it can handle and these are Onsey twosey orders not big batch stuff. The Savage barrel market is heating up and BHW will be doing its part to supply the shooters. I am excited about getting my first one on an action within the next ten days. People are finding out the cheap stuff is serviceable but when you start the upgrade process it gets pretty expensive and frustrating at times. Parts compatibility always is an issue as is the simple availability problems. The high-end AR's are flying onto UPS trucks all over the US and not looking back. Greg
