I am interested in an 18" midlength gas with target crown in the standard profile. The questions I have are is the 450 barrel using the same 3 groove polygonal rifling as your other barrels? And on the standard profile barrel is the gas block used a .750 or .875 diameter?
Thanks Justin

The gas system you mentioned will give you fits with an 18" barrel. Go with a carbine gas and you will be all smiles. The standard profile uses a .750 gas block, the same as the Bushmaster.

Thanks for the information. Has anyone tested the Barnes 200 and/or 275 grain XPB bullets for the 460 S&W in the BHW 450 Bushmaster barrel?
What kind of accuracy can I expect with the factory Hornady load and the Remington 275 Barnes Hog hammer factory load.
Thanks Again Justin

I can't speak for the rest, but the factory Hornady will shoot under an inch without a problem from my barrel. I have tried the solid copper bullets and I'm not a big fan of them. They seem to shoot well from Black Hole barrels though.
