Until recentlyI've only ever used GOV profile barrels but, I just built a rifle for my wife using a pencil barrel and can not believe the difference in weight. So now I want to build a light rifle ose any one have any input on a 18" lightweight AR barrel?

So now I want to build a light rifle ose any one have any input on a 18" lightweight AR barrel? Well other than they get pretty light they shoot very well. I know Ritch has one that he likes. If it's a hunter, shoot a little carry a lot, where you do not have to hit a dime during a magazine dump they are great. Even hot enough to boild water on the barrel an egg at 100 will still be in serious doo doo. I have some great groups shot with them from the pair I own. |
