A better view. I'm going to load up some at 28.5 and see how it groups. Results to follow...tomorrow, hopefully. This is the first weekend at 100 degrees here.

Probably go hotter. I dont see any marks on your brass at all. Hows your accuracy and speed ?

Heading back to the range tomorrow, or later tonight, for that info, Madcat. I did some ladder loads from 27.0 - 28.5. This early summer heat may cause problems. 28.7 sure popped!!!! One thing I always do for my reloads in my AR's.....polish and slightly round the edges of the ejector plunger. Probably the reason for no swipes on the case head. I'll post when I get back.

When we were doing the fire forming last weekend, I took a video of my son shooting. I have an editing program that allows me to go frame by frame and take stills. This is the result. GREAT fireball!!
