I'm just got my surpressor and have shot a few rounds through it I closed the gas block and opened till it run. Is that right? I am getting extremely dirty brass even the mag and rounds in the mag are getting pretty dirty. Does this sound right?

The dirty brass is the down side to suppressers with the AR platform. I haven't figured out a way around it. The reduction in noise is worth it to me. Get yourself a wet tumbler with the stainless pins. A little Dawn dish soap will make them look brand new.

Can this extra dirtyness cause feeding issues from a dirty chamber? Do you clean more often when shooting suppressed?

Absolutely. They are effecient but they are dirty pigs. If you don't like to clean you'd better take up knitting.
