This bullet is in the lands of my 24" barrel at 2.40 OAL and max on my mags is 2.30 OAL. Tried ten shot groups at 2.280 and the accuracy was horrible at all charge weights. Anyone tired this bullet and found something that works?

What's the twist rate? You may well have to window the magazine. I would load absolute max length and push them hard if you are on the ragged edge of stabilization on that long bullet.

Plenty of twist there. How many powders have you tried? One is not definitive. The jump is not excessive as you set now. Greg

I am looking for max velocity in that bullet so if I can't get CFE 223 to work I will move on to another bullet. I picked up a box of these at the local gun shop hoping the high BC would get me less wind drift at 1000 yards during matches. Most of the other powders I have researched with this bullet are to slow to be useful for anything but hunting IMO.
