Do you guys feel that a flashider will adversely effect accuracy?

It certainly can, but not allways, it depends on its design and installation.

Anyone have field experience with any particular brand that can say good or bad? I was thinking of a YHM on mine, I'm going to run some experiments and see the differences if any. I will post results. just have to get my barrel 1st! : )

All my threaded barrels have a Dragon Head break from BHW and any others i get will also.
They make a world of difference in sound and recoil as well. ;D

Same here, I just got my first Dragon Head Muzzle brake. Im very impressed with it. It is installed on my New Railed Upper chambered in a wicked 6x45.. Tack driving accuracy ;D ;D
I will be installing them on all my AR's in the future.

If the flashhider is installed incorrectly, it can greatly reduce accuracy. If it sits on top of the collar of the threads, it can adversely affect the accuracy.
Another problem is the alignment of the hole of the muzzle and the hole of the muzzle device. if they're not centered, another problem.
Something else I've noticed in my shooting experience (which is limited) is if you're using a FH and it's a suppressor mount, and the out of alignment creates baffle strikes. This will obviously be an issue in respect to accuracy.

Anything you do to a barrel will affect how it shoots. Just install it first before you tune it.

I've never been a big fan of Flash Suppressors either.
