I finished this recently, very happy with the final product. Black Rain Ordnance 308 Receiver set Apex handguard And of course, the heart of the rifle, 16" fluted BHW barrel. I'm hoping to get it zeroed thi weekend and possibly, big maybe, go out and see if I can bag a Moose with it!      |

That has to be one of the best looking builds I have seen. Good luck hunting with it. Keep us posted on your results.

Wow, It's a beauty...Good luck with the Moose Hunt.
Is that Black Rain Lower a DPMS plattern and what
is the size (diameter) front pivot and rear takedown
pins ?

It is a Black Rain Ordanance upper and lower set and is DPMS compatible. I used a DPMS .308 LPK and a LMT single stage trigger, so I would imagine the pins are the same size.

I've got to ask, how did you get the rear of the moe grip to fit so flush with the frame? On mine the grip has enough radius that it won't snug up.
