Simply amazing. Like watching an Auodad running up and down the canyons of SW Texas in the Davis Mountains. Amazing.

It really dose not matter. Everything Barbecued taste great. Sun Shine, Snow, Rain, It is always a good to Barbecue But I would guess, Just about like any goat.
