Just out of curiosity, how does BHW assemble the receiver extension to the proper torque value? Saw a discussion of this on another forum and made me wonder.

I'd like to see a video of how they do it. In fact, "how it's made" videos always pique my interest. It would be cool to have some well made videos of the in house barrel making process at BHW.

I don't think you'll see that. Most of their process is proprietary, learned after some long years of trial and error. After they got it right it's a well kept secret.
