This looks like a winner. I like the fact that folks report very decent speeds and nice accuracy out of 'manageable' barrels. I can only justify so many $'s for hunting and occasional long shot. I think that the 105 Hornady's might stabilize well, I am not sure about the bergers (less bearing surface with VLDs) but anyway there is a very nice 95gr one. Solid copper ones should also be tested but I don't see an issue with 1:9 with those that are in the 80-90 gr. The only one the e-tip that I am testing with the traditional Enfield rifling. They should be tested in this type of barrels too. Solids are a lot longer to meet the grain. Cheers, E.
