I have a interesting question For you Greg. Can the company do a Variable Twist rate Bull barrel for a .223/5.56? what my thought is 12 at the beginning and 6.5 at the end in a 24 inch barrel. i have been more than happy with the 22 inch .308 I bought from BHW. I got stupid once and went back to the factory barrel but realized it was crap compared to the BHW. Thanks looking forward to your reply

No they cannot. Gain twists barrels are pretty exotic on manufacturing demands and cost is prohibitive for most companies. It would be an interesting experiment to see what they did but I personally would be very surprised if the gains would be worth the cost.

Thank You and the reason I was asking is I saw a video on You tube about these and know they are available for a Ar but was curious about a bolt barrel. And my Dad always said :The only Stupid question is the one never asked: Thanks again Greg..

And my Dad always said :The only Stupid question is the one never asked: Thanks again Greg.. Hardly a stupid question. I would be shocked to see one on an AR quite frankly. The concept is more in line with bolt gun group shooters. Basically the same thing on barrels except for one extra hole drilled but AR guys are,IMHO, a little less esoteric on average. Greg
