I picked up 3 of the true sporting arms, chambered blanks in 243lbc, As much as I've tried searching here and all over I cant find anything definitive on the port size. 2 blanks are 20" , probably finish out around a true 19.5, there going to be drilled rifle length. the 3rd blank is a 24" and going a rifle +2" on that one,and might go .875 at the block.
I can do adjustable gas blocks on all but why spend the extra if not required.
I do have one spare Jp adjustable clamp on in .750
not afraid to run h2 or h3 buffer either
thanks any help would be great to pass on to the gunsmith that will do the barrel finish machining.

I called them, she said 20" 243lbc rifle was .100 and the same for the 24" rifle +2. I was under the assumption that the farther down the barrel the port is located the less of the pressure curve is left requiring a slightly larger port hole. maybe the 20" should be .098 or the 24 .102 ??

I'd start at 0.096 and then drill up on the 20. The gun will tell you. I also would go a bit big from minimal and run an adjustable gas block. Greg
