I am going to be reloading 264 LBC's for my AR. I have 2 questions that I am looking for some help on. First should I full length size every time or is appropriate to neck size; wondering if its safe to neck size and if accuracy will improve.
My second question deals with Cartridge length. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good starting point as to how far off the lands to seat the bullet on a BHW 264LBC barrel. I plan on using 123 gr AMAX's and Sierra 120 gr match kings.

For your second question. I am not sure you can reach the lands while still feeding from a Magazine. If it is possible start at the lands and move back .005 at a time and let the barrel tell you where it wants to have the bullet seated.

Thanks for the info! On the Bullet length I guess what you are telling me is that I am going to have feed problems if the cartridge gets much longer than SAMI specs.

Mag length is the problem with getting close to the lands in a AR platform. You are limited to mag specs.
