I see in the product description of the .264 lbc barrels that they include/use a barrel extension with m4 feed ramps. I've done some reading up on weather it matters or not and can not come to consensus. The upper I plan to use on my build is a Mega side charger which does not have m4 feed ramps. So the question is, does this really matter, or is it possible/better to get the BHW barrel I am planning on built with an extension that doesn't have them?

It won't make a differance if you have them or not, with the 264. As for the barrel extension, All Black Hole barrels have M4 feed ramps.

that's kinda the answer I was hoping for as my heart is set on this upper , but didn't wanna build a rifle at this kinda cost only to have feeding issues.

There are 3 things that make the 264 LBC work flawless.
1 Good magazines 2 Good bolt with proper head space 3 Properly made extractor
