How do you keep the adjustment screw from backing out on its own? I am looking for different ideas, I know some use two set screws, others use thread locker, what are your methods?

I use High Temp RTV silicone. You can move it in and out several time before you have to add more.

I hadn't even thought about RTV. Thanks for the idea guys, now to go dig through the tool box and find the high temp stuff.
