I have done this kit for a 204 ruger I once had, and it improved the accuracy, has anyone used this product for a BHW poly barrel, and if so, before or after initial brake in?

I don't know of any one using the Tubbs product. I am trying to answer your question without sounding condescending.
Why would you want to do anything to alter your barrel? Fire lapping is done as a last resort on a rough, shot out hammer forged barrel. The use of this product seems counter productive on a new custom barrel.

Having never owned a custom barrel, I just trying to gather as much information about the barrel I am getting. just want it to be the best it can be, and last as long as pos. I sure appreciate any input into this matter!

I sure appreciate any input into this matter! The system pushes the throat. That would be the last thing I want on a BHW masterpiece. That is a great way to have an excuse to buy another barrel sooner. Greg
