I shot the 20 Practical today. All I can say is wow. These are the first to targets out of the new barrel. Actually these two groups are #1 and #2. I started going up on the powder and it never shot a group over 3/4" I tried Benchmark and CFE 223 both showed similar results. If I had to come up with one word it would be" IMPRESSIVE" Don't pay any attention where I shot the first target with my muzzel loader. LOL ;D Also the 20 cal holes are from getting sighted in.   |

With all the hinting you are doing should I be calling to get my name on a list?

Not too shabby. The regular 204 is showing great results thus far (once I got the stinking scope replaced).
I'm anxious to see some velocities so the hand loaders can truly see the benefits of this over others in the same category.

Not about some scope problem on your 204 I was not commenting on anything about my review of the 204 (however mentioning it hadn't been shot much bc of a scope issue).... Highlighting his accuracy of the 20P and velocity and mentioning the 204 (which BHW produces as well) was meant to show how well this was working against the factory 204 ammo. His handloads and ease of doing so produces equal velocities and accuracy to it. I'd prefer to have constructive conversation about it. Comparing the 20P to another cartridge that Bhw chambers was all my intent was. My review of the 204 will be in the appropriate forum. My statements were not a review. Ritch: great shooting again, especially with the first string of groups on a "virgin" barrel. Just goes to show the versatility of these barrels to prove they know how to shoot. |
