So right now I have the Redding type S die, wondering if there is something else I could pick up thats not $75 a pop. What I would like to do is form the brass in 1 pass through the press but at $75 for the type S I don't see adding 2 more of them

They run about $15.00 each. I prefer Wilsons. That is all you need besides a seater and shell holder. Greg

Greg I'm gtg on forming on my single stage was just wondering if there were other dies that were cheaper. I'd like to use 3 dies on a 1050 to knock out 4K of the Federal brass in 1 pass instead of 3 passes through 1 die

LOL I pickd up an extra die at Midway for $51.00. the other day and that is a s cheap as I have seen them. Now. You could get down to buying one instread of two by using a REGULAR 6.8 die WITH OUT the expander ball as stage one. That will form the neck down quite a bit and let you do it with one additional step with your current bushing set up. I have an RCBS set that I picked up early on and will load my regular 6.8 with it is why it came to mind. I think it was about $30.00 so that would get you closer with not a large out lay and let you crank them through the 1050. Greg
