Powder is hard to come by and I am looking for some suitable alternatives for 223/5.56 and 6X45.

I haven't used it in 6x45 but i have used it in 223, 6.5pcc, 20 practical and it is a very accurate powder. it is on the faster side so it works better with the lighter bullets. accurate has data on the 223 for it so it gives you a place to start.
my 20 practical loves it of course it is a BHW barrel but 4000-4100 with 32 gn bullets and 3800-3900 with 40's and 5 shot groups with all touching. es and sd's are very low with lt32 also.
