I just got a note from James up in Alaska who is one of the BHW Pro Staffers here that are way out in the field. James and his family are invested in hunting up there as part of their needs includes meat and Safeway insn't always open. He sends me little stories and posts up on AR15ARMORY a great deal. Great hunting tales on walrus hunting, the bear he shot last year trying to steal his game and other things.
This one really got my attention. The rifle used was a Black Hole 308 barreled AR10. Not so diferent than many out there but what is unique is that this one was being handled by his son. So here is the picture of the boy's first moose. One of many more to come I warrant. I have to admit seeing that made me smile ALMOST as much as James and his kids.
James alluded to a hunting trip coming up that is going to be very intersting to the FORUM members....stay tuned.
