Looking to build a .20 Practical

Hi Guys,
I am looking for a few ideas on a new build of a .20 Practical.  I have built several .223's and 6.8's, but this .20 practical will be a little different.  I have a Mega Arms Billet upper modified to a side charger and a Young Mfg. side charge bcg.  
I am thinking I will settle on the 20" barrel length and light profile as I don't want this rifle to weigh a ton.  It will be a walk around coyote rifle with not a lot of high volume shooting.

I am looking for some guidance on gas system length and open to any other thoughts concerning this build.

I prefer the 22" lenght myself if I can't have a 24" but that being said the 20 PRACTICAL in 20" as a coyote gun will do the trick.

Rifle gas and an adjustable BTE gas block is the way to fly IMHO. These shoot great and were very bad juju on PD's here in Arizona since I started shooting mine last year.

No real increase in velocity beyond 21-22 in. A 2200 one of best powders I used.
This is easier and just as good as tactical. Watch shooterproshop.com for good deal on 20 cal BT none now but I picked up some
40gr BT good for yotes.

I think that our chronographs must read diferently. Ther is no doubt a difference in 3" of extra barrel in my 24" guns.
