I saw one of your groups with H335 with some good speeds and accuracy. How do you like the H335?

I saw one of your groups with H335 with some good speeds and accuracy. How do you like the H335? I rarely shoot H335 as it tends to be a bit temperature sensitive. I shoot a group or two with it in new cartridges just for a data point for the other guys out there. Obviously It works well frequently but Arizona is pretty harsh in the summer. We have been shooting everything under the sun on this one so we could get a good overview on it acts. Greg

Is there any reason these are loaded to 2.250? How about 2.295? I haven't received my bullets yet to check My jump

Is there any reason these are loaded to 2.250? How about 2.295? I haven't received my bullets yet to check My jump The Seirra 125 is seated at 2.250 because it hits the lands at 2.255 in my barrel. It is also one of the most accurate bullets I have tested.

On a wildcat chamber you throw all your assumptions out the window. Tools and gages along with caution breed success. As another example the 110 Sierra HP loads to 2.110 if I recall. That is an eye opener. Cases like that are why Ritch and I stress using a Sinclair tool or at the very least a Hornady set up.

Got my bullets in today and mine hit the lands at 2.290. Seems my barrel has a bit more room to load longer. Thinking 2.280 should be fine. Anyone elses measure like mine?

Did you use a fired case? Hornady or Sinclair tool? Post up your targets and speeds when you get those downrange.

Im still doing it the old fashion way with the split case method. I'm using a fired and resized case

I can assure you your measurement is off by .030 give or take. Get a Sinclair tool!!!!! You will be amazed at how far off the other methods are. Even the Hornady tool is obsolete when it comes down to getting a correct OAL measurement.

400 bullets en-route as well as the bullet seating tool, headspace gauge, hope to load this or next week.
Madcat, I'll be watching for your results as you'll probably get out before I will.
I have H335 or A1680 to test with.
