I have a little crow gunworka trimmer for my 264 LBC. It's actually a 6.5 Grendel which maybe be the reason for my issue. With new unfired Lupua brass I trim to 1.503 as stated per Berger reloading manual. I have no issue with these. The issue I am having is with the fired lapua brass. The shoulder does not index the same. I am guessing that it is like this for a lot of chambers not matching exactly.
Also all brass was passed through the same Redding full length bushing die with a 291 bushing.

Also all brass was passed through the same Redding full length bushing die with a 291 bushing. The chamber on the 264 LBC shoulder height is the same as the 6.5 Grendel. The shoulder is different on a fired case that you have sized in height. It will probably be about 0.004 taller than unfired after you bump it the obligatory 0.003. You have enough room to go to 1.530 MAX before you have to worry about it based on reamer prints. If your trimmer is not adjustable it will be a bit of a challenge. The neck lengths should not be different from the unfired as it is going off the shoulder and not the base height like a Dillon. With the fired shoulder slope change the trimmer will be a different interference point on height. I never trim unfired BTW unless there is a major issue. A piece of new Lapua measures 1.097 and when fired in a Grendel 1.110. That's 0.013 movement so you can see where the issue pops up quuck. BTW that bushing is a bit large for some Lapua I have. Loaded rounds for me went 0.290. I would measure my neck thickness X2 + 264 -0.002 ajd use that. I'm using a 288 on this hatch. BTW new HORNADY us running 1.105 at the shoulder. Greg
