Ok I have tried 8208 and h322 for powder for the 55g nosler. I have access to benchmark and h4198 and imr3031 are these 3 powders a viable option for me? The two didn't give me the accuracy and velocity at the same time that I was looking for.

The two didn't give me the accuracy and velocity at the same time that I was looking for. Your in the right range for burn rate. I have seen Benchmark used with good success with the lighter weight bullets. 3031 will also work but the size of the kernels will make you hand weigh each charge. I'm not sure you will be able to get enough in the case to get the speed. H4198 will be on the fast side, but still usable. There are several other powders that will work if you feel like exploring some uncharted ground. VV133 and VV135 are two that haven't seen much use but should work. AA2015 and AA2230 are two more that will get you in the usable range. The primer used to ignite the powder is as important as the powder. I suggest using CCI450's and don't look back. They are without a doubt the most consistent and have the hardest cup.

3031 is a non-starter for sure.
