Has anyone done a 20cal on a 6.8spc case?

Yes. I have one in 20X6.8 and 20 LBC.
A tad faster than a 204 Ruger. They're a lot of work to do.

Looking at doing one with a different shoulder angle. What was a pain about making them?

The five steps down to make good bras sis kind of time consuming. Now I have dies that go 6X6.8 and 22X6.8 so I can cut it down to three steps.
PT&G would be glad to do you a custom reamer and head space gauges. You might get out for about $27-300.00.
BHW does not do custom chambers and I was told by Carl that they no longer will offer the 6.8 wildcats except the 6X6.8 and the A-30. No 6.5-25-22- 20's.
