Just an observation to forming the case. I found a 6mm ppc forming die 1st step , then come back with the Redding 6.8 .250 bushing with 22 cal stem and the cases come out perfectly. Lil less work than switching out all the bushing steps

I also use a true CHD.4D 6X6.8 or Hornady standard type sizer and then swap in a REDDING custom 22X6.8 standard die.
I also use two 6.8 Redding bushing dies set up with bushings going down ten and then whatever size based on brass thickness after a first sizing with the 6X6.8 die. I have never used an expander ball. I do these on an old Lyman AA press. I could do it on my 300, 550 or 650 if I feel lazy.
I don't shoot my 22 as much as my 6MM so my original 300 pieces of brass have served me well. I love the cartridge on PD's. Devastating is an understatement.
