Finally got some. Bullet length is 1.166 B to OG .581. In my 243 LBC AOL is touching the lands at 2.313. Can't wait to go play.

I have to back track here. Sierra sent me a ten bullet sample pack" supposedly" of the 100 TGK's. I took them for their word. They were actually 90 TGC's. So now these are the correct measurements for the 100 TGK's. Bullet overall length.1.245 Bto OG .653. Now back to my reloading room.

Shot the Sierra 100 TGK yesterday using H 4895. 27.2 showed promise@ 2665 fps, but nothing to brag about. I might try new brass. The Starline i used was on it's 14 th reloading. I was suprised at the energy down range that the Bal. Calc. showed. It's better than my 264 LBC with the 123"s, but then it's only an 18" compared to the 20" on my 243 LBC. I might give CFE 223 a try when i get time.

Shot RL 15 today. Explain this to me. 28.6 grns. AV 2609 ES 18 SD 7.6 Group 2 1/4 inches @ 100 yds. Wind 4 mph 0 Value. Right now i'm thinking this barrel is going to become a tomato stake.

Not every barrel likes every bullet. Our across the board shoots well in most 243 LBC tubes is a regular 95 SMK and 28.6 +or- of 8208.

I've tried various powder and bullet combinations and nothing to really brag about as far as velocity and accuracy. I'll keep trying. I really would like for this Sierra 100 TGK to show some promise. Looks like rain all weekend. I just might tear that son of a gun a part, and see what i find.
