I had bought it back in 2013. Barrel is marked "BHW MP 264 LBC TYPE II 1X9 SS P3". Wanting to build an upper with it and I have a grendel bolt that depths at .1360. I am going under the assumption that this would work out. Bolt closes on sized case just fine(waiting on headspace gauge).
Is this a correct assumption? Or is LBC type II different than grendel type II?

If it is stamped type 2 you have the correct bolt. Also since you gave the barrel off just drop a round in the chamber. If it is. Type 1 it will stand very tall and be obvious.

BTW we have played with type 1 chambers with type 2 bolts for extra capacity with good luck.
