Thats correct on the mount. I have 2 of them now, other is on my DPMS 204 upper with a Konus scope. Their actually a hair lighter than the La Rue mount and just a little less dollar wise.
The lower I added the paint to. Just used modelers paint, tooth picks and thinner. Wasn't sure how it would come out but it looks pretty good.
I will be making up loads the next couple days and running them through the chrono next week. No place real close to shoot, dang city living sucks. Will be down at the hunt camp starting next Thursday for food plots, ground hogs extermination and a pig roast. Should be a fun weekend.
