Where is a good place(online) to buy .223/5.56 brass? I would prefer matching headstamps. Also is there any brass to stay away from(brand)?

I prefer Lake City brass.... sometimes you can catch Midway with a good price on 500/1000 pieces.
To stay away from, well I reloaded some Fiocchi that I got from a friend after his pd hunt, that stuff was junk. After loading thousands of LC/Winchester/Federal brass with nary a problem, that Fiocchi broke two of my decapping pins with flash holes that were waaaaayyyy off. Almost every flash hole was way off to the side . Just my experience.....

I bought 3000 once fired Lake City brass from Widener's Reloading Supply. Price was $204, they also have Federal for $180/3000. Shipping was like $50.
