picked up a good deal on some bullets from midway. these are supposedly a overrun for an FBI contract. i got some ramshot tac powder but haven't yet to find any loading data on these. i was thinking of splitting the 60gr load data and 63gr load data in my sierra loading manual. has anyone ever messed a round like these. I am new at this and have only built up some 55gr with 23.5gr of x-terminator.
also anyone recommend any good trustworthy websites for load data

If I were you I would just use the next heavier bullet using Ramshot powders. Like a 63gr hollow point. Ramshot does have data on line.
